Shop Configuration
On this page you can set up your billing and currency settings
for your Shop.
Invoice Prefix:- Choose a Prefix to add to the
beginning of your invoice numbers. For instance, if you are running
a business called "Web Hosting Company" you may want your invoice
numbers to begin with WHC (e.g. WHC123, WHC124, etc). In this
instance you would enter WHC in this field.
Invoice Suffix:- Choose a Suffix to append to the
end of your invoice numbers. For instance, if you are running a
business called "Web Hosting Company" you may want your invoice
numbers to ens with WHC (e.g. 123WHC, 124WHC, etc). In this
instance you would enter WHC in this field.
Payment Authorisation:- Select the type of
authorisation you want to perform on users who are submitting
credit card payments through Helm. If you choose "None", then no
authorisation checks will be done in the gateway when a payment is
made. If you choose "First", then authorisation will only take
place the first time a customer makes a payment. If you choose
"All", then every payment submitted through Helm will be authorised
against the payment gateway.
Enable Pro Rata Billing:- If you want to enable
Pro Rata billing, check this box. Pro Rata billing
Default Pro Rata Day of Month:- If Pro Rata
billing is enabled, then you will need to choose the day that Pro
Rata payments will be taken each month. You can either pick a
specific day (between the 1st and the 28th of the month) or
use the day of the signup as the Pro Rata day.
Add Recurring Transactions:- Choose the
number of days before a due payment that new transactions
should be added to accounts. For example, if this is set to '30'
days then customers will have renewal fees appear in their billing
30 days before their due date. This allows customers to have plenty
of time to make a payment before a deadline.
Currency Symbol:- Choose a currency that this shop
will use.
Currency Position:- Choose where the currency
symbol will appear on prices.
Number of Decimal Places:- Choose the number of
decimal places that you want to display prices up to.
