Event Logs
This module allows Helm to interface directly with Windows Event
Viewer, so you can view the Event Logs on your server. This is
useful if you are having an issue with an application is consuming
a lot of your server's resources, but don't have access to the
servers to end it.
On this page you can view the Windows Services that reside on
your server. You can see the name of the Windows Service, its
Startup Mode and its current running state. Clicking on a
particular Windows Service will take you to the management screen
for that service.
Windows Event Log:- Select the type of Event Log
you want to view - choose from Application, Security, System and
more. For instance, if you are using Microsoft DNS Server you will
see an option for DNS Server in this list.
Start Date:- Choose the Start Date that you
wish to view the Logs from by using the calendar button.
End Date:- Choose the End Date that you wish
to view the Logs up to by using the calendar button.
Events Type:- Select the type of Event that
you want to view - choose from Error, Failure Audit, Information,
Success Audit or Warning.
