Premium Support
Our premium support plan allows you to get priority support when
you need it. The plan includes:
- Acess to Level 2 Support engineers by Phone (8am-5pm GMT)
- A 8 hours SLA on response to tickets (compared to the standard
48 hours SLA for basic free support tickets)
Premium Installation
Helm is a very flexible and featurella rich application and
we've found from experience that the best way to ensure you're up
and running as smoothly and quickly as possible if for you to take
advantage of our Premium Installation service and let us do the
initial setup and configuration for you. We'll install Helm
along with all 3rd party products required and configure everything
so that you're up and running perfectly!
Helm Server Security Audit
Ensuring your Helm Server is secure and ready to host your
customer’s websites is of critical importance. Your customers need
to be assured that their site content and personal information is
secure and protected from the threat of hackers who may attempt to
